"For a 5-star rated hotel, this is one of the worst stays I’ve had. There were cockroaches in the room, the sink was clogged, and the shampoo and body wash were empty. The staff took so long to get back to us and didn’t address our concerns. "

"Great location. Loved the outside of the building as well as the whole layout inside the house. The fact it had a roof top terrace with views over the sea and the whole Gulf of Hammamet. Lovely fish restaurant nearby, by the name of L'Etoile. Host was absolutely lovely."

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The facilities were exceptional, including a gym, pool, spa, tennis courts, and kids' club. The beach was located only a few seconds away, which had a very soft, sandy beach and was very clean.
