"For a 5-star rated hotel, this is one of the worst stays I’ve had. There were cockroaches in the room, the sink was clogged, and the shampoo and body wash were empty. The staff took so long to get back to us and didn’t address our concerns. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marhaba Palace, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The facilities were exceptional, including a gym, pool, spa, tennis courts, and kids' club. The beach was located only a few seconds away, which had a very soft, sandy beach and was very clean.
