"We had a lovely stay at the Champton. Millie and Charlotte were very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of foods. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay again. The hotel is well located and easy to access the highlights of the Old Quarter. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff service was exceptional, they learnt our names and always welcomed us each time we left or returned, as well as shared advice and tips. Lily was a standout host and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was delicious and the spa services were excellent also. "

"Great location, many cafes, restaurants around the area. A cosy rooftop bar with great view. Friendly guest relationship officers. Downside is room is not soundproof. "

"The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi"
