"Service is slow. Especially getting served in the bistro. High priced to have service defincies. "

"No soap in the bathroom or body wash in shower. Replaced with WATER and not soap. Charged for stuff I never should have been charged for. Arriving hotel staff sent me to another tower without even giving us a room number on the card. Went back and the second time she gave us the wrong room number. Finally after multiple attempts we got to our room. Very loud party’s going on around us. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don’t recommend this hotel at all"

"I made the reservation thru Expedia. Uppn arrival at motel, we were told they no longer had my room. They had rented out to someone else. To say I was unhappy would be an understatement. Waiting on my credit card bill to arrive to make sure my money was refunded."

"Airport shuttle was OK, long wait. Carpet was wet throughout. There were 5 of us so clearly booked because of the ability to have a pull out sofa. The pull out mattress was absolutely horrible, linens provided were thread bare, only one pillow. Called the desk for a blanket, never delivered. Phone did not work consistently. We did not eat breakfast. "

"Room was okay ,AC was not working properly. I told the front desk staff 3 different times , AC was on 71 but the room temperature was showing 74 degrees. Not a good response. Breakfast was good. "
