"Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat."

"We stayed here for one night on our way back to Brussels. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed with a mini bar, comfy beds and air con. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was good too"

"The room was clean and I had access to heater to maintain the temperature for colder nights. Breakfast buffet had a really good selection that was a bit different each day. The location is very convenient with access to grocery stores and the city centre. I look forward to coming back at the next opportunity."

"Stay overall was great. Build up using Hotel Bird app was a terrible experience and would put me off booking again. Took me days to get myself registered to use the app with assistance from their customer service, and then when I did they could not find my booking, so I had to contact the hotel directly for a second booking number. Then after all that when I finally had the booking on my app, there were two staff members on reception who checked me in anyway, making the entire process a waste of time. Once we were there though the stay was brilliant, breakfast the best we had throughout our stay and the staff member running it lovely even though we didn’t speak any German, lovely room. There was a stain on one of the duvets, we didn’t raise it as an issue it looked like a stain from a dry cleaners and was only on the bottom of one duvet, so not a problem but could have been checked and changed. "
