"The staff at Wood Hall are great. Very friendly, helpful, attentive & kind. Our room was comfortable, but not the best we've ever stayed in. Remember the mansion was built a long time ago, so renovations have to work within historic building protections. Whether breakfast or dinner, the dining experience is lovely. "

The 2 ladies that greeted us on arrival were welcoming and showed us all (4 guests) to our rooms. Evening meal in the bar was great too, cold and frosty outside, the pub reminded me as something out of The Holiday!!!"

"We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and...

"Hinsley Hall is an amazing place! I felt like I was staying with my family. The rooms are clean and they gave me everything I needed. It is so peaceful and quiet. I want to go back in the summer again to enjoy the entire property. 😊"

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"The reception staff were very courteous, the complimentary mulled cider & mince pies were a lovely touch for Xmas period. The classic room size was far bigger than expected & the bathroom/ shower was lovely. Leeds centre is pretty compact but the hotel is so close to the station which was great to leave our bag with them ahead of time & also before we left for our train. "

"Well, outside was a building site! You can tell it was once quite swish! The old gardens are lovely. The outside of the building has recently been refurbished as has the floor in the entrance hall. After that everything needs attention. I'm guessing it's " work in progress?" The receptionist was very polite and showed us to our room up in the top floor. The view over Leeds was amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean."

"This hotel is a WOW!!!! Looks beautiful, is beautiful. Fabulous Victorian architecture. Weve never stayed before, and I booked due to seeing it has been refurbished, and the reviews are so good. We booked a standard room, it was clean, fresh, quiet. Lots of complimentary extras in the room, which has far exceeded anywhere else we've stayed at. Breakfast fabulous. Would highly recommend .
