"This was a great spot to stay on our first night in Exeter! It's right in the center of town so you're really close to everything. There's also a pub downstairs/next door which was convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue the first night, but the hotel was able to take care of it. I would stay here again!"

"Delightfully restored townhouse next door to a churchyard with modern conveniences. Very comfortable room with every detail thought of. En-suite bath was spotless. Quiet and comfortable with added plus of breakfast in bed if desired. Well located, easy walk from train station and town center. "

The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"
