"You have to pay $10 parking fee which I think for the standard of the place is ridiculous. The stairs going up to the second floor was the most dirtiest stairwell I have seen. As you walk down the hallway you start to realize the condition of this place. The room was as sad as the hallway, outlets non functional. Bring your own shampoo/body wash/ conditioner because they do not provide. They definitely need to renovate or at least paint the place. The staff were welcoming professional probably the only thing good about the place."

"The hotel was not well kept. It looked very poor and the room was worse. The room looked dirty and smelled dirty also. The bedsheets were stained, the bathtub had pubic hair from previous guest. The chair was dirty with a white substance, not sure what it was. I had to go to Walmart to buy bedsheets and towels because I was not comfortable using the towels offered"

"The food was mediocre and has gone downhill in the restaurant. I come here for a few days each year. I would complain about nothing other than the quality of the food. Unfortunately it was not at its usual standard. Even the Caesar salad was not good … wilted Romaine lettuce, almost no shaved Parmesan cheese or croutons, only a few small pieces of chicken, and hardly any dressing. The cheesesteak egg rolls were not good either. Maybe just an off day. Otherwise I like coming to this hotel for the Artisan Guitar Show every year. And this is the first time I found the food to be lacking"
