Staff was ok. The hotel surroundings and access was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and the parking garage is sketchy.

The stay was sub par No hot water for showers or very little Breakfast same every day nothing changing Ask for house keeping 48 hrs before and when the day arrives it’s not done. And when asked at front desk I was out fault they did not write it down. And asked again for house keeping wait 48hrs ...

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg Northeast - Hershey
The receptionist was rude and gave me a bad first impression. Kitchen staff did not appear or sound welcoming. Food quality at paid-breakfast was below my expectations. Bottom line: if that is the only hotel in Harrisburg, I would avoid Harrisburg altogether in my future trips.
