"Room was beautiful the staff was very friendly we had a very nice time there. The only negative was we sat at the bar and had a few drinks(they were excellent drinks) when we got the bill we tipped 20% but didn’t realize until we got back to the room that the bar automatically added 20% gratuity, I think the bartender should have made us aware of this. We had breakfast there the next morning and upon paying the waitress advised us that the gratuity was already included! "

"We picked this hotel because it is extremely pet friendly, and within walking distance of the Mutter Museum, Independence Hall, and other attractions we wanted to see. What we didn't know, was simply how amazing this hotel is. Everything we needed and wanted was delivered to our room by a friendly staff. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The views of the city are amazing, and its a real treat to stumble across some of the 100 year old architecture. We are already planning our next visit to Philadelphia, and will stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar"
