"Our mountain facing room was quite shabby and dilapidated considering the price- moldy tiles in the bathtub, cracked and moldy sink, old fixtures, chipping doors and old furniture. The pools were lukewarm most of the time, with the indoor pool being the dirtiest one, we witnessed people using pumice stones to scrape their heels in the pool ( gross) and the men’s bathroom/ steamroom were dirty as well. Did not see any pool staff cleaning up at all. We went with the intention of healing our sore and tired bodies in the hot springs but the water was just warm. Staff is lovely, restaurants are great. But this place needs to improve their amenities."

"I have no idea how the hotel was. I didn't get to stay there because when I showed up to check in, I was informed that my room reservation was not in the hotel's system. Expedia did not send it to the hotel. After about an hour of phoning and driving I found another room to dtay. I unfortunately had to spend $150 more than I wanted to on a room for that night."

"Such a great stay here in Harrison. The hotel was clean and organized, we could tell it had been recently renovated. The building was well kept and the staff were very kind. They even got us a complimentary champagne bottle for our 3 year anniversary! My one complaint was that the staff had told me over the phone that we had access to the pools next door at the resort until 11pm but that was not the case, which was unfortunate. Next door there was also construction that started at 8:45am and woke us up but that wasn't the hotels fault. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because it was overall a beautiful experience :)"
