"I was so impressed with this hotel! It checked all the boxes for a great stay: clean, modern, and reasonably priced. But what really made it stand out were the extra touches. Location: Just steps away or a short walk from the Chicago Riverwalk, Millennium Park, and Cloud Gate (The Bean). Such a convenient location for exploring the city! Amenities: I loved that they offered complimentary coffee and tea on the main floor. The Rishi tea bags were a nice touch, along with the Steep green tea provided in the room. Itโ€™s the little things that make a difference! Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was clean and comfortable. The interior was a bit plain, but the bed more than made up for it. It was unbelievably comfortable, and I slept so well! Staff: Friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. Adjacent Restaurant: Perilla was SO, SO GOOD! A must-try if you stay here! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches that made it even better. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!"

"The hotel was nice, and the location was great. However, the property could use a little updating and more attention to detail, especially with the bathroom amenities. The hallways were also quite noisy, with a lot of partying going on. I certainly donโ€™t mind people having a good time, but it did get a bit loud. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. There were other hotels nearby at about the same price that appeared to be substantially nicer. Not a bad experience, just not quite worth the price."
