"The property is so close to the train station / ferry! We had a excellent stay, and it was great value for money. The only con is that there aren't any restaurants at walking distance. But we only stayed for a night, and highly recommend it!"

"The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night. "

"This is a beautiful and cozy place to stay in Hiroshima. It's clean, spacious, and got everything you could want to make your stay comfortable, i.e. washing machine, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, pjs, slippers, plenty of towels, etc. Aya and Saichi are such nice, friendly hosts to help you with all your needs."

"Charming place. Ideal so that you can feel a part of Miyajima island. Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Understand their western guests while still making you feel like you are having an authentically Japanese experience. So convenient to the fairy boat but just out of the way of all the tourist traffic. Ready to go back. "

"Unique experience! Single occupancy hotel that is more of a ryokan on a quaint street. The owner/chef speaks little English but his hospitality shined through his actions. The lodging above the small sushi restaurant is simple (2 bedrooms with futon beds), but with a modern bathroom and all very clean. The highlight of the stay was the spectacular ~16 course sushi omakase."

"Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The shuttle service was very convenient and made sure to wait for everyone. The dinner and breakfast were both amazing, it was really great getting two meals full of local foods. The view out the hotel window was fantastic, we could sit and just look outside for hours at the deer walking around the beach. It was a perfect mix of traditional Japanese hospitality with modern comfort and convenience. Our favorite hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in Japan."

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Unlimited wine at night with all day provided snacks was a cherry on the top. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there who would plan an overnight stay on the island. Thank you very much for such hospitality."
