"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. "Our second visit, this time we travel with my daughter’s family and grandson. This is a few Onsen hotel that allows children to use their public onsen. He enjoyed this new experience and all of us have a great time to enjoy the facilities and fine Japanese dinner. Since this is my second visit, our family was offer free lounge access and late checkout. Something we did not expect. So thank you!"
