"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available
Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "
"The hotel is set in a beautiful location with ample parking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. "
"Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked for.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A very acceptable place to stay and I would recommend if you just need to basics of somewhere clean to lay your head with no fancy extras."
"The Rose & Crown in Warwick was delightful! My room faced the market square, and there was wonderful activity throughout the morning and daytime. I could hear the church bells chiming. Walking everywhere was easy. The nights were peaceful. My bathroom and shower were American-friendly. There didn't appear to be air conditioning in my room, which was not needed during my stay, because the evenings were cool. Just be aware of that if there is a preference for air conditioning. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Service was excellent. "
"I was missing some information of the local area, the staff were very helpful with this and even came to my accommodation with the information, also a great breakfast."
"This is a lovely hotel . Very nice room , comfortable and clean. Bathroom was excellent. The dinning area was very nice , food was excellent and the staff were so helpful. In the morning for breakfast the lady who served me even made sure my dog got his own sausage for breakfast . Lovely friendly feel about the place and perfect location to explore the town. Highly recommended."
