Communication was pretty bad no one contacted us with the check in info. We reached out on our own. Aircon was not working properly and it was quite hot inside."

"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."
