"Overall, we had a good stay at Zonar Zagreb by Maistra City Vibes. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The reception staff were very kind, and we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable overall. The only issue was that the coffee was not served hot. On one occasion, a very kind member of the breakfast staff happily prepared us a fresh hot coffee. However, on the third day, another staff member refused and told us that hot coffee was only available for an additional charge. The inconsistent approach was a little disappointing. The main area that needs improvement is housekeeping. During our stay, the room was only lightly serviced. The towels were replaced and the bed was made, but the bedsheets were not changed. The floor was not mopped, and the tables and stools were not wiped down. A more thorough cleaning would have made the stay much more comfortable. Apart from these points, the hotel was good. The location was convenient, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. With more consistent housekeeping and customer service at breakfast, this would be an even better place to stay."

"Stunning hotel in the center of Zagreb. Modern quirky rooms. We stayed in the cheapest rooms which were small but did the job. Immaculately clean. Great breakfast included and loved how you could take drinks to the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend."

"Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."
