"Oldest Sleep Inn I’ve seen so far. However, room was very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very friendly, especially younger lady at front desk and breakfast staff. Fresh breakfast that opens early!! Only recommendation, better coffee and have water available."

"Thank you! We had a really great stay with the exception of one thing- on Thursday, April 9 we came back to the hotel during the afternoon. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room keys had been deactivated and we couldn’t get into our room. I went to the front desk and told the person there and she re-activated our keys. When we entered our room, it was apparent that our bags had been looked through. Things were moved and taken out of our bags. Nothing seemed to have been taken but it was incredibly unnerving that our things had been touched and looked through. I reported the incident and was assured a manager would be notified but I wanted to also say something here. There are many many options for hotels in the area. This is our third stay at this location and we are disappointed that this happened."

"Everything i needed for a quick stay. Pool, easy safe parking, breakfast included. Went to a Sabres game was close enough. Traveled with little kids and place was super clean and everyone around was friendly. Thanks for the stay. "

"The hotel is very convenient to the airport & at a great price. Excellent restaurant on premises. The staff is very nice & helpful, & the shuttle bus driver was excellent. We stay here every time we have an early morning flight"

"We stayed here based on proximity to I90. Our check in was quick and very friendly! Our room was impeccibly clean and more equipped than we expected. We checked in after dark, so the well lit parking lot was a bonus. Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delicious. Would stay again!"

"Rooms especially bathrooms really run down. Shower was peeling, carpet is dirty and beds and Pillows are lumpy . Staff was very helpful and friendly will not stay again . "

"When you first enter the building it is so clean and nice smelling. Then you are greeted promptly. The hallway elevator and rooms are very clean. The added touch of coffee all day long was appreciated."
