"Unusual property, perfect location next to Marwell zoo. Staff very attentive & helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in. Swimming pool area a little dated, with dangerously slippery floor. Used restaurant for evening meal, food overpriced for what we had, also hot offerings at breakfast were cold"

"The concierge was an absolute gem. I forget his name, but loved him so much I took a picture with him. Very helpful and they had everyone who was getting a taxi for the cruise ports down to a science. "

"Friendly front of house, which dealt with our check in quickly and professionally.. The room was adequate, clean and bright.. Breakfast here is to die for..It carers for all tastes.. The lovely chef was chatty and interesting to talk to.. The only thing that I would say is that some of the fruits for breakfast had run out and they still hadn't been replaced by our third day . Overall I would recommend a stay here ."
