"This was a pleasant surprise for one night between flights at Gatwick. Dinner at the restaurant was good, staff were friendly, cost was average for a restaurant hotel. It was convenient as it was raining and we didn’t feel like traveling anywhere else. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. There was a bookshelf in the lobby with donations for a charity. There was a sign up sheet for transportation to the airport with rates competitive with uber. The driver takes cash or card. "

"Very friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. I would like to say a special thank you to Jessica who was on the bar. She was working flat out the entire time we were there and had the biggest smile the whole time. She was very friendly and kept on top of the bar and check in counter. We had a meal in the evening and we were all impressed with the quality of the food. The breakfast in the morning was really good, a fantastic offering!!"
