"Excellent service "

"I paid extra to book a Harbour View room but the room overlooked the ground floor dining area with air conditioning on its roof. The carpets and upholstery are worn out in places. We came back at the end of the day to find that the room had not been cleaned and then were told that we should should hang a sign to have the room serviced, which wasn’t told at check-in. "
