"The hotel is well located and felt upmarket. Room was excellent with a great view of the marina. However, the Ritz Carlton experience was as luxurious as we expected. "It is an apartment, not a hotel room or suite. They had poor heating but I did get a space heater. The strangest thing was they came to the apartment unannounced at 10:30 PM to collect payment. "Problems with Hertzliya apartment (michelle suites) The bedroom window is by a very loud wind corridor. The bedroom window is right by the entrance to the parking lots, which is always loud - sometimes by cars going in and out, and often by trucks backing up, loading and unloading. "This is my fourth stay in the complex, though the first in this unit. The location is excellent - adjacent to excellent restaurants, a supermarket and a Ritz Carlton hotel.
