"The beach out the front was the highlight, amazing coral, fish and turtles. Was great as there was a stand up a paddle board, kayak and various rock shoes. Rooms are quite new, spacious and clean. Trent our host was lovely and the tuna sashimi and cocktails were the highlight. I wouldn’t say it’s is a 5 star resort as at times the food was a bit overcooked, our bedroom blind was missing and no aircon (which wasn’t an issue) so windows may be open for bugs to enter. No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet. Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. "The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. We'll be happily return to Ramada for our future returns to Vanuatu."
