"We had the most amazing stay at Royal Premium Hotel . From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and humble, but especially ĐA, Andrea, Ann stood out as exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you! We can highly recommend staying at Royal Premium Hotel. "
