"Very nice resort, great food, great beach. The only problem is, do not expect a booking at an à la carte restaurant. The butlers they assign to you to do the bookings tell you every morning that the restaurant is not available. Most likely it's a tactic to keep restaurant bookings down."

"The Good: good was great oddly enough at the buffet. Enough places to sit by the beach at all times. Great entertainment. The Bad: showers were never warm enough, AC was loud, cannot make reservations for any specialty restaurant, we decided to try the steak house, waited 45mins until the restaurant opened. I would not recommend this restaurant. Food is subpar. Overall a solid 4/5"

"Barcelo is such an amazing place to stay. Everything from rooms to food and service is 100 percent on point and more. This is the best place I've stayed at so far. They have everything to deliver a wonderful vacation time to customers. The beach is beautiful in this area. I'll definitely be back as much as I can. Barcelo is such a paradise. I recommend 1000 percent."

"Asked for the housekeeping and they responded what do you need? Too difficult to navigate since the rooms are on the top of the mountain while reataurants are near the bottom where lobby is. Many staffs don't speak English nor care to help. Foods are subpar. "
