"The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Char at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, clean room, comfortable bed, and wonderful breakfast! We will be back!"

"Our stay was great. The property is clean and inviting. Everything is close by within walking distance. If you would like a modern looking place to rest your head this is it. You wont be disappointed. "

"Can’t rate the property because their manager on duty told us Hotels.com never told them we had rented the room at their property. Marriott claimed they had no idea we had the room reserved. I called the Lakeway Marriott a week prior and the girl at the front desk assured me we were in the system and we would have no problem. I double checked because the room was for my wife the night of my surgery at the Baylor Scott and White hospital which is literally next door to this Marriott. She had to return and spend the night in the hospital as Marriott refused to honor our reservation.I called the Marriott Lakeway general manager after my discharge and as of this writing he couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Marriott customer service is non existent. We will never book another Marriott and frankly anyone considering Marriott should think twice. They are a horrible company. Thanks"
