The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean though a little dated. They are currently under renovations so future guests may see some room updates and repairs. The location was AMAZING, not far from the Tower Hill Station and just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, good restaurants and small shops. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site, staff was hit or miss with service, food was fine though a little pricey, even for the area.

We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed.
The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock.
Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc.
Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv.
EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London.
