Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff.
