I am not tech savvy. But Grand Base made check in & check out so easy. I’m so happy with their hotel. Our room is roomy and very clean & new. There is washer and air & heat dry in the bathroom for your laundry. I love how you can shower and use the same space for air or heat dry for your clean laundry. What a great technology. We truly enjoyed this hotel. It is a bit walking from Hiroshima Station and away from tourist crowd. But very safe. Highly recommended!

We travelled as a family of 4 and this property was one of few that had 4 separate beds. It was also within walking distance from Hiroshima station. It is located in a relatively quiet part of town, and having (from memory) 6 rooms, it was also a quiet stay.

This a fairly new , self serve hotel. It’s self check-in and checkout. No contact with anybody. It’s very clean, has all the essentials. Room had 2 comfortable queen beds, Japanese style. Bathroom was very nice and big. Kitchenette very small but enough to make tea or coffee and warm up food. The hotel doesn’t offer any tea or coffee you have to bring it. We enjoyed our stay. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and 2-3 minutes to taxis or buses. I recommend it.

Very clean. Relatively close to Hiroshima Station. I don't know how to feel about the whole contact free check in system. I didn't like the hassle of pre-check in, although it saved me time when I arrived. I'd prefer to have staff on site. I also didn't like inflexible check-in time.

Excellent hotel, staff comm could do better

The facility is great. Location is good, car parking near by. The only bad thing is the night shift remote staff seems not good in English. Say "No No No" only without a full sentence. I enquire for extra pillow for my 80 years dad coz the pillow is too soft. I know this is a budget hotel may not have extra. but rather than NO NO NO, i think you can rephrase it better.

This is not a standard hotel. If you are looking for a clean, quiet apartment type space with a kitchenette and laundry, this is PERFECT. If you are looking for traditional hotel services, reception, support services etc., this is not what you want. The check in is kiosk type and tedious for a large group. A 15 min walk from Hiroshima Station but very direct. Excellent TV and WiFi.
