The rooms were good for the visit and the hotel is located in the ideal spot if you’re visiting for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of restaurants, Spas and shops in close proximity. Very easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with a mix of different options.

The hotel is very well situated, centrally located, and in a great area. It can get a bit noisy at night due to a club located across the street. The breakfast is excellent, and the amenities are very good. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. In particular, Hieu assisted me with arranging my fast-track service to the airport, departure, and laundry requests, which I truly appreciated.

This was an awesome stay! We even got a free upgrade to a double room! All the staff were super friendly and it really felt like being at home. They were warm, helpful, and always spoke so gently. Totally worth staying here

Absolutely convenient place to your around and see everything! Fantastic base to explore not to mention the hotel has a pool and a free breakfast which is awesome! Staff is so attentive and helpful as well, would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!

My family had another great stay at the A&Em Saigon Hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We have had to change our itinerary a few times and they understand and are super accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast menu is diverse and tasty. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great stay in central district 1/Ben Thành market area. Well definitely be back

Breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop pool was clean and fun to swim in. The gym was lacking in single equipment like dumbbell sets, plates etc. Some variety would be good. And the VIP room was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its central location; everything else was a major disappointment and fell drastically short of true 5-star quality. From the moment my family and I arrived, we felt unwelcome. Despite having multiple bags and suitcases, the staff offered no warm hospitality and instead made us feel ridiculed. Throughout our stay, service was consistently uneven and discriminatory based on guest background, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The room amenities were equally frustrating. The hot water system took an unreasonably long time to heat up, and when our in-room safe malfunctioned, it took nearly 30 minutes for anyone to come and fix it. The worst experience occurred during checkout. Staff moved our luggage out onto the sidewalk while I had not even booked the taxi yet, leaving my family standing outside in the severe heat as if we were being kicked out. When I tried to go back inside to wait with my family, no staff member assisted us—I had to hold my baby and push the heavy doors open myself. A genuine 5-star hotel should provide exceptional hospitality, respect, and seamless service. Unfortunately, this property provided none of those. I cannot recommend staying here.

Was given a complimentary 30 minute Foot Massage that was absolutely amazing! All the staff I met went above and beyond the call of duty. Hang Vo clearly treats her guest like long list friends or family. The young man working the lobby did so with great care with zero expectations. The young lady who cared for me daily by cleaning my room was always a bright spot in my day! Truly felt welcomed.

Good hotel, excellent location. A little dated in the rooms. Reasonably priced. Easy walk to market and main attractions. Marked down slightly due to noise from bar / pool area. Stayed on 6th floor and had thumping base until 02:00 from the pool bar area.
