Nice hotel, part of a complex, so figuring out which rooms to go through to find your floor's elevator or even which check-out desk can be challenging. My room was nicely sized, equipped well, and had good temp control (necessary in Saigon). Staff was great, breakfast buffet was very nice. Location is good, very walkable to great districts and attractions.

The location of the hotel is excellent and public spaces in this property are beautifully designed. The rooms are not as nice. They are simple and a bit dated. The bathrooms are poorly designed with a horrendous corner bath and shower that requires climbing in a very high bathtub that is not secured to the floor or wall. It was impossible to shower properly in this tub. We had an item disappear from our room. The water in the rooftub hot tub was oily and the tub itself was in disrepair. They do not accommodate food restrictions for Westerners. If.you are vegetarian and don't eat Asian dinner food for breakfast you only have dry bread and cakes to choose from. This hotel had one of the biggest spreads for breakfast and we had nothing to eat. They serve individually wrapped processed cheese food slices instead of cheese and sweetened junky cereals.

Great location. Great breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff. Only negative was very limited seating by the pool. But pool area was lovely and we did use it daily after sightseeing.
