Fantastic location. Pay attention to email from venue. Keyless access. Very clean. No rubbish bin. Building in overall worn condition. Air conditioner worked well. Bar upstairs is handy. Toilet area is small. Whole unit is very small.may not suit everyone but i would stay here again.

There are no staff members. However, security is high. If an incident occurs in the room, you can contact them via WhatsApp and they will respond immediately. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator, a hot plate, and a microwave. I was worried about the structure of the shower room, but there was no problem. You can hang out your laundry on the rooftop, which has a great view and is a relaxing zone. There is also a shared dryer on the first floor. The location is also good. I think this level of satisfaction at this price is a miracle. If you are an experienced traveler, you will definitely be satisfied.

You pay for what you get. With this kind of cheap amount. It is fair that you have to stay in a place like this. It is in district 1, in the centre of Saigon. It is in the packback area and it is noisy for music from the bars and clubs. There is one big bed and the room is small. There are 2 windows, when you open the windows, you can see the house next door and people can see you. You have to do self check in. If you don't mind staying 1 or 2 nights staying in a small place just to sleep and if you are travel on budget, this is ok enough. and if you want to feel safe and comfortable, this may not be a good choice

Pros: - It’s like a ready-to-move-in apartment: there’s a washing machine, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, a small kitchen place with small kitchen sink kitchen wardrobe with some cookwares (available inside of the room or you can take some in the storehouse downstairs, small wardrobe with lots of hangers, iron table, a safe and even a scale. Basically, you can serve yourself like when you’re at home. - A drier downstairs in case you want your clothes to dry faster, free to use. - Very good location on Bui Vien Street. - Good price. Cons: - TV was there but not working. Even the housekeeper didn’t know how to make it work. The owner also refused to answer my phone messages. - No welcome staff upon arriving. You have to call them in order to get in and chances are they don’t pick up. I called the owner 8 times within 15 mins. No one picked up and she didn’t care to call me back (8 missed calls were so hard to ignore but she did it). I went to my confirm booking email, there was another number to call but also no one picked up. I had to walked around and asked the neighbor, luckily she gave me another number of the co-owner. 5 mins later, the housekeeper living near by came to open the door for. I had to wait hopelessly for 30 mins to get in and received NO apologies. - There’s a number sticked everywhere in the building to contact whenever you need help but unfortunately, texting or calling, all I received was being ignored. - Almost zero room service

Pros-good location, nice bedding in rooms, washing machines in room, overall good value. Cons-some issues with noise, making it hard to sleep, for example, loud compressor sounds from next door and through the walls (maybe air conditioners?), noisy parties on roof at night until 4AM-5AM approximately every other evening, plastic recycling just outside hotel until wee hours of the morning was noisy. Some issues with rooms in slight disrepair, for example, sink hanging off the wall, however, was repaired upon request. Lock on front hotel door not working during my stay, and no one to monitor people coming and going, so potential safety issue. Some insects in rooms, mostly small ants, but not a major problem, and hotel and rooms overall were clean. Overall, good location, good value, but some issues with noise and room condition.

정말 별로입니다. 새벽에 비행기 도착이라 그전주에 호텔측에 체크인 유무에대해서 문의하였고 체크인 가능하다는 답을받았지만, 정작 도착하였을때에는 로비에 아무도 없었습니다. 덕분에 첫날은 다른숙소에서 비싼값을주고 숙박을 하여야했습니다. 하루치에 대하여 환불을 요구하였지만 결국 해주지않아서 호텔스닷컴측에 연락한뒤 받을 수 있었습니다. 청결상태 또한 엉망입니다. 에어컨필터는 한번도 청소하지 않아서 더러운 냄새가났고, 클리닝 서비스를 해주지 않아서 수건을 세탁기에 세탁하며 돌려써야 했습니다. 리셉션의 친절도,위생상태,업무능력 모든면에서 최하점 입니다.
