Staff and location were great, but the property was disappointing to say the least.
The room was really shabby and in bad need of updating. The door to the fridge was falling off the hinges.
Shower over bath kept flooding the bathroom floor after a shower due to its poor design and I had to get the towels change each evening as I had to use every towel in the vicinity to mop up the flooded floor. No proper ventilation in bathroom so when using the toilet, it stunk out the bedroom and so much condensation after a shower.
Aircon set at 21 degrees, the staff finally reduced to 20 degrees after I asked twice (it was 34 degrees outside with high humidity) also aircon control system was situated above the bedside locker and the light was directed directly towards my eyes during the night.
No blackout blinds so the streetlights flood into the room while you try to sleep
The pool was a good size and cool but cramped decking around it.
I stayed in 6 different hotels during my stay in Vietnam all within similar price range, but this was quite apparent not up to standard in view of its price.
