This property was wonderful! There were lots of activities to do and they had a gym and a pool. The apartment was very modern and clean. It was also affordable and a great place to stay in for people who want to go shopping at the mall. There was a great view of the city landscape. This was an amazing place I would highly recommend!

This place is awesome, I couldn’t ask for better accommodations. The room was nice and clean, the ac was cold. I went mid June 2024, I love how there are so many restaurants, convenience stores, beauty salons, massage stores and an excellent bakery is a 5 minute walk. The mall is right next door with a grocery store in there too.👍👍👏👏

This apartment was awesome! We had a 3 bedroom city view apartment with a balcony. The pools are amazing! There is a mall behind our building in the beautiful Landmark 81 building which provided our family with restaurants, shopping, and ice skating. The Central Park, located one block away had magnificent views of the city skyline. The park includes walkways, koi ponds, playgrounds, etc. The area surrounding this apartment is very family friendly. The apartment was so comfortable, safe, and modern. The apartment is centrally located with 15 minute cab rides to most places. Coming back to this nice apartment providing us with peace, quiet and rest. Sean was very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend.

Awesome Helpful Owner

The owner Mr Sean was very helpful and thoughtful. Initially I booked a 1 bedroom apartment, as the main hall Air-conditioning was not functioning well, Sean immediately helped to moved me to another appointment which was a 2 bedroom instead. All was well arranged and I had a wonderful time staying 5 nights comfortablely. Thank you for your kind gesture. Highly recommended.

The first room we were given was smelly and unclean. Fridge handle was broken off The wall behind the bin was filthy The ceiling in to of the bedrooms had water damage/stain Something was splashed all over the wall Mouldy bathrooms No reception all through whats app Pools aren't connected to the complex Requested a refund on the room.

The property was in a perfect location to explore HCMC. Very safe with lots of accessible restaurants and mall for a quick shop. The property has a 'brilliant' view yet you don't hear noisy traffic. It is quite basic but comfortable beds and great shower. The hosts were very helpful and patient with me and great support with getting my lost luggage found.

Good base

Stayed one night before flying home. Was quite hard to find for even the taxi as is effectively a flat in a large block of new apartments. Lovely city style flat and met by polite and welcoming owner. Was slightly further from airport than we realised and the Wi-Fi didnt work. Lovely apartment and would recommend to anyone look8ng for western comforts.
