Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and free laundry service. No TV, but who watches it these days. Did not take breakfast, but hey Biu Vien Street is just around the corner.

Very polite and friendly reception staff. Nice comfy room that felt very clean and had a large sturdy bed. Very close to busier areas, like Bui Vien if that's your thing, yet set back from busy roads and very quiet. They also provide free filtered water, a sweet fruity drink, and they do laundry free of charge. They washed and dried my laundry very quickly, which was a great feature. Recommended. Thanks!

It's located in a small street but very close to main road. Quiet, great service, clean, free laundry, no breakfasts, elevator, great price, room too small for twin beds and difficult to open suitcases, old furniture, basic amenities, very helpful staff English speaker. Warmly recommend !

Very clean rooms and amazing service. Free laundry and drinking water are great additions. Good location especially for younger travellers. The only flaw with our stay was the bed, which was pretty hard. Overall this is a great budget option! But without a question the best part was the staff! They were so kind and helpful and even gave my partner a handmade birthday card, since his birthday was coming up. They were so sweet and felt like they really appreciate the customers.

I have just left the Cashew Inn, and this small boutique hotel at the end of an alley in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City truly deserves its 5 star reviews. I've been travelling around Southeast Asia for a month, and this is the first hotel that I've stayed in that actually had air-conditioning that I could adjust and I wasn't freezing all the time. The hotel is spotless. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked great. I couldn't have asked for a better location, everywhere I wanted to go was in walking distance. I didn't have any problem with noise, even though it's close to the loudest street in the city. But the main reason I loved this hotel was the amazing front desk staff, particularly Ngan and another young lady whose name I didn't get, but she was a trainee and her warm welcome when I arrived immediately made me feel like I was home. It's hard for me to express how happy I was with my stay, and I have never stayed at a hotel had free laundry, washing and drying. Thank you Cashew Inn for such a wonderful experience in Ho Chi Minh City!

The welcome drink at the lobby was very tasty, and the staff were very attentive, serving drinks whenever I needed them. The draft beer and soft drinks sold at the lobby shop are reasonably priced, saving me the trouble of going out to buy them. All the staff were friendly and demonstrated great hospitality, making you feel well taken care of just like in a high-end hotel. If I had to point out something to compalin, I personally think the soundproofing is not perfect 100%. However, given its prime location, this is still an ideal place to stay as it offers almost everything you need to make your trip easier.
