The rooms were clean, but dated which was absolutely ok. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included however the options were limited. Location was on a quiet side street off the from 'the walking street' known for its night. So it was really central with the markets across the road and 2 blocks away.

We stayed four nights here and the first two nights were terrible. We were on level three with a balcony and the noise was awful - I think we averaged 2 hours sleep both nights. We asked to move rooms and we got the family room on the bottom level - much better - but of course paid extra for it. The lovely lady who cooks breakfast in the mornings was wonderful and so friendly! As was the door man 🙂 Fantastic location and the coffee shop at the end of the road was amazing

We had a great stay. The front desk officer was very kind and accommodating. Our last day, we left our luggage to have last minute shopping. When we return we are so exhausted and we have to get ourselves clean because our flight is the same day. What he did is he offered us a freshly cleaned room to have a quick shower for FREE. They are so nice!

Two men stayed here for two nights. There were comments about cockroaches, but I didn't see any in my room. However, my friend said there were cockroaches in his room. There was also a small bathtub in the bathroom, so we took a bath. (However, there are no treatments.) There is a convenience store nearby, so you can easily get what you need. The breakfast is also recommended for the price. I don't recommend staying for several days, but the cost performance is good, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are large. So, overall, I am satisfied. Have a nice trip.

A convenient location, 2 blocks from the top end of walking street in district 1. There is some noise still, but it is muted and easy to ignore when it is time to sleep. There is a basic mixed buffet breakfast with the rental of the room and an airport shuttle is available to and from the airport. Just make sure you contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange it. I got my email about the service after we checked in and ended up paying 660,000VND by cab to the hotel and only 200,000VND from the hotel to the airport.
