The hotel staff woke us up with a phone call early in the morning with maintenance people waiting outside the room to service the currently working wifi. Terribly rude and unnecessary.

Disappointing maybe we expected too much

Room size was good but noise from downstairs at reception kept us awake at night. Buffet breakfast disappointing especially last morning when not supplied at all. Staff told us "not enough guests" what were we??? Staff member tried to charge us 40,000vnd for 2 sachets of coffee and when we asked for receipt he suddenly changed his mind and said we could have them for free. Bit of a worry.

スタッフは真摯に対応をしてくれました。 問題はいくつかありチェックイン後に部屋には 前の宿泊客のゴミを処分して無く残っていた。 ベットに虫が出た。シャワーの排水配管が詰まり気味でシャワー室から水があふれた。 一番嫌だったのはベットに虫が出た事でした。部屋の交換を求めましたが満室で断われました。対応はバルサンでした。 あとは問題無く過ごせました。徒歩5分以内に市場、人気の両替所、ピグミシュランのお店「早朝から営業、フォーの店」コンビニエンストアなどあり便利でした。私は空港からホテルまで私はバスを利用しました。荷物が無ければタクシーより安くなります。Google Mapがあればホテルまで簡単です。あといい設備でトイレでINAXのシャワートイレがあり便利でした。

フロントは冷たい感じ。シャワーとかは問題ないし、掃除のおばさんはちゃんと綺麗にしてくれるけど、朝起きると小さい蟻が沢山動き回っているのはつらい。飲みかけのコーヒーに朝起きたら入っていた。 大きい水のボトルは有料だった。サービスのボトルと一緒に置かないでほしい。

The location is very convenience. It is right at the Ben Thanh Market and ten minutes walk to Saigon Centre where all the shops and restaurants are. 13 minutes walk to Nguyen Hue Street or to the ferry terminal where you can take the ferry to Vung Tau city.

I booked two nights and only slept their one night. My original room had a WiFi issue so they offered to switch my room. Overall dated and old facility. The staff was nice though. I would not stay here again because of the state ans condition of the room.
