The hotel do more on the cleanliness in the toilet especially on the wall etc, some stains are obvious that could be cleaned.

Great over night stay.

For an overnight stay for $50 a night. It is what you pay for. Everything was as expected. Air conditioner in one of the rooms needs a regas. Can be noisey if staying facing the street.
