I booked this hotel because it is in District 10 and is walking distance from the home of my relatives. There is also a decent mall within walking distance with little shops/street vendors along the way. The lobby and entrance to the hotel looks extremely grand & luxurious. The hotel is tucked back a ways from the main road which we liked (away from traffic/noise). The room itself was nice and clean but the mattresses were an extremely hard foam. It was not comfortable to sleep on at all and left me with a sore body in the morning. On our second day, the toilet paper roll hadn't been replaced even though it was getting low. When we ran out, I called the front desk to tell them and they said they would bring us some. Hours later and that didn't happen so we went scrounging around in the halls and found a cart with some rolls on the next floor down. Another downside was that when we checked in, the desk clerk apologetically told us they had to charge us more than what we had already paid for online through Expedia because we were staying on New Years Eve/New Years Day. Another unhappy surprise was when I went to make arrangements for the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport. It was listed in the amenities online that there was a free airport shuttle available but when I went to set it up, they told me they don't have a shuttle but that they could call me a taxi that I could pay for which ended up being about 130,000 vnd. Regardless of the flaws, I would stay here again.
