The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, while I was there a large number of student sports teams were staying in the hotel and you could hear them in the halls at night (sound carried a lot). My air con also was not working properly my third night.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They are charging me for new towels bc one of my friends’ hair color stained the towels. This is the first for me!!!!! Nevvvver again that I will be staying at Ibis hotels!!!! Rooms are small for the price. Shower didn’t drain and water was all over the place.

Bien que le design de la chambre laisse à désirer, celle-ci est très confortable avec une literie de qualité et une excellente insonorisation. Cet hôtel est une excellente option pour les personnes venant assister à un évènement au SECC, qui est à 2 minutes à pieds. Aux alentours il y a des restaurants sympas pour le soir. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable
