We had a wonderful stay at the apartments in Landmark 81. The location is excellent—very convenient, with Vincom shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, and many services right downstairs. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Ho Chi Minh City. It was perfect for our family, especially for a longer stay. We felt safe, the building was modern, and getting around Saigon by Grab was very easy. We also enjoyed being close to restaurants and shopping without having to travel far. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Landmark 81 again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

A polite and peaceful place in the middle of a vibrant city. I can easily walk to many popular areas in the city from the hotel location. This is one of the largest hotels in Ho Chi Minh city because everything is thoughtful and professional. The reception was something that surprised me.

Nice and comfortable

Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. This was very nice though.

Note to travellers Important instruction to follow before arrival to the property Since it is not a hotel or part of the Marriott It’s a holiday appartment that is rented The key or card for the building you need to collect before hand There is no luggage service or concierge But the people in the Marriott hotel are very helpful
