Great Staff and extremely helpful, particularly with front desk ladies. Both Ms Kha Ly and Ms Phuong were very helpful and professional and giving us directions and making our stay at the Liberty Hotel more enjoyable. The Deluxe Room with Breakfast was small, but it was clean and functional. The buffet breakfast was very good, the room was peaceful and nice to start your day in. The pool area was nice however it does need more shade options. A few more umbrellas near the loungers would be so helpful. Staff at reception very nice and helpful. Only negative is their ‘free drink’ coupon they hand to you on check in. We used it the 2nd night, and were offered only either a beer or a fruit drink-nothing else. When we got them, one of each, they contained maybe 2-3 ounces. We were planning on eating dinner there but left our drinks behind and walked out. Better they don’t give out coupons for drinks.

Staffs here are wonderful, Phương and Hải were quick and attentive to us during our check-in. Our rooms were upgrade free of charge- That was very nice- The hotel was very accommodating regarding keeping our luggage’s for us over the next few days while we had checked-out and came back several days later- The best part was, since we had to leave early (2am) to the airport, the staffs had our breakfast boxed up including our coffees for us to take away- This was considerate of them- Thank you Liberty Hotel- Your exceptional service is the main reason I come back and stay with you whenever I visit Viet Nam! I highly recommend this hotel for your stays!!!
