This charming hotel is right across the street from a huge park where hundreds of people are up and exercising every morning, This means a lot to me. The staff is very friendly and if you don't have a lot of luggage you can walk to the airport in under 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay.

4pm Mar29/25, have no Receptionist in lobby ! Guest had to wait …. very longtime….30’…. Then the Air conditioner stopped work at midnight even doing anhthing with the AC remote cotrol… what the hell with this????

Great location for early morning flight out. Clean tidy convenient one-night stay. Corner room's layout was a bit odd (AC dumps heat into bathroom I think? opened window and closed bathroom door overnight), but service was nice and friendly.

静かな部屋をリクエストしたので、大通りに面していない部屋にしてもらえましたが、そこそこバイクや車の騒音は聞こえます。 部屋の清潔感は許容範囲ですが、バスルームはもう少し念入りに掃除していただきたいです。 朝食は最低限はあります。調理系はオーダーを受けてから作ってくれるので美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後に荷物を受付に預けたのですが、情報共有ができていない&英語が伝わらず引き取りに30分近くかかりました。 空港からは車で10分以内と近く、便利なところが利点です。

Acceptable

Pros - room is nice and comfort. Netflix is excellent addition. Staff is helpful with smile. Cons - the red wine in the room is awful. Breakfast can be better. Thin wall but not a problem for me,maybe for light sleeper might need to take note on this. The tv language setting should set to english, it take us sometime to figure out how set it.

清潔、空港近い、安い。。でもね、初歩の英語すら英語通じません。。。

エアポート近くで油断していた私もいけなかったのですが、チェックインの時に翌日のフライト時間を伝えると、タクシーで行けばよい、とのひと言だけでした。おそらく英語が全くわからないのだと思いますが。。 最終的に、チェックイン時間を日本と同じように考えて、それよりもかなり余裕を持って出たにもかかわらず、全員がのんびり。空港に到着したのがチェックイン時間で、飛行機に乗れませんでした。 せめて。。。翌日のフライト時間と何時にここを出たらよいのか。。くらいは英語でコミュニケーションをとれるようにして欲しいです。 そして、バスローブありません。 裸で寝るしかありませんでした。 結局追加料金で次のフライトまで２時間半も空港で待つことに。。もう少し値段払ってちゃんとしたところに泊まればよかった。

Jättevälkomnande och trevlig persona! Hjälp med väskorna,snabb incheckning och jättefint rum med utsikt mot parken på fjärde våningen. Allt på rummet kanon förutom att minibaren inte höll rätt tempratur (skulle dom fixa efter vi checkat ut) Sjysst frukost och nära till flygplatsen. Kommer boka rum här igen nästa gång vi kommer till Vietnam (till sevärdheter och shoppingturer kan man ju ta en taxi!!) Tack Mai Villa 👍👍👍👍

Overall it’s fine, good location to airport, and quite quiet. the only and main problem is that the room space is much less than expectation, especially the shower place, feel very limited.
