Good location, (slightly) quieter, easy walk to attractions and street food market. Very helpful after checkout, let us use the pool and Gym for shower before catching our evening flight home.

Great hotel with pool. In a quieter area not too far from Ho Chi Minh's attractions. Ben Than Street food Market close by for a variety of drink and food. Walking not a problem or use Grab for transport.

Great location, spacious, clean room with city views and very amenable staff. If your room is facing east/has city views, you might hear loud music coming from a club nearby but the music always stopped early enough and we slept well all four nights we were there. Overall a great stay.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I had an excellent room that was serviced and kept clean everyday to a high standard. I had breakfast only at the hotel, as I wanted to try other restaurants in the area. The breakfast was of a high standard, with plenty of choice. I found the staff overall very helpful, polite and friendly. It was necessary to approach them regarding places to eat, organising a trip or seeking advice regarding transport on from Ho Chi Minh City. Even seeking help regarding a bathroom plug brought a swift friendly response. As a base for visiting Ho Chi Minh City I think it is ideally placed and offers good value. A special mention for the staff, as a good positive friendly response can make all the difference when staying in a hotel, especially in a country I have not visited before. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the city.

This is our second stay at Orchid hotel. It is situated in a great place with an excellent swimming pool on the 9th floor. It has wonderfully friendly and professional staff from check in to check out. We would like to commend two exceptionally helpful and kind employees Huy and Trung.
