I never come back this hotel again in my life. This is first time in my life, terrible dirty unsafe no AC my kitten say look like in the jail. I am unhappy. I wish I can get my naughty back. It’s not worth that. I don’t recommend nobody come here.

Had a problem checking in (new employee) after 24 hours in and out of airports just wanted to rest. No car to meet me at airport as ordered from hotel, tired and also angry by now!!! Got overcharged by taxi. Now after a very bad start of my stay in early May till early June, I fell in love with the hotel. The housekeeper is very kind and does an outstanding job. The sweet girl at the front desk was all so helpful in opening the front door when I was coming or going out, bring food I ordering to my room and a smile at all times on her face. The new employee needs desperately to be replaced. The guy mostly overnight was sweet did not have much interaction with him. I would stay here again good location.

Me and my girlfriend have been traveling hotel to hotel for 2 months and we have yet to experience a worse hotel. We got to the hotel late as we had a late flight and when we got to the hotel it took the guy at the front 20 mins to get us checked in and he said the room we had booked was taken and offered us a free upgrade. We got settled into the room only to hear him knocking at the door at 2 am saying we needed to change rooms. The next day we noticed that our safe wasn’t working and when we asked for the front staffs help there was zero effort to fix the situation. We also didn’t have towels in the room and when we asked the front desk lady said there are no towels because house keeping had the day off. The water in the shower was ice cold night after night. When we first arrived I noticed there was damage to the hotel. I took photos of it just incase they tried to pull a quick one on us. They did. On the third night we came back to our hotel to notice that the sink was absolutely full of little bugs. So we took a video of it to show the front desk and the first thing she tried doing is blaming us for the cracked sink ignoring the hundreds of bugs in the sink. Luckily I showed her that I took photos the night I went into the hotel so she couldn’t say much after that. I’m not one to normally complain this is actually the first review I’ve ever written. But this hotel was exceptionally bad and you can get a much better experience for the same price else where.

The Novle Swan hotel location is good and close to many shopping and restaurants. Based on that alone, u would recommend this hotel. The staff were courtesy and good. They provide good guest service. As for the room, it was okay. The pictures on Expedia looks a lot better on the internet. There were basic amenities like a bottle class of water, 2 cups and a water kettle. The TV has great movie channels in English but every 30 minutes the cable shut off and i has to push the rest buttons. The bed was confortable for me which is very important. I would give this place a 3.5 but there is not such raring scale so a solid 3 ratings. I would stay here again innthe future for the proximity to everything. Ben Thanh is a 6 minutes walk.
