Staff are really thoughtful with the complimentary flowers and wine to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were truly amazing and friendly throughout the stay. Buffet options were really good too, love their local options. Bath tub is a great addition too! With the jacuzzi function. Definitely one of the highlight of the trip is staying in Silverland Ben Thanh! Will be back!

The whole experience was perfect. Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay. Staff offered to keep our luggage after check-out until we were ready to head to airport. They even offer afternoon tea and access to shower and pool when we have checked out. The short walk to everything was also a bonus point. We look forward to be back.

I had a great stay at Silverland Ben Thanh, and several things really stood out. The room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm touch to the experience. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the relaxing common areas and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that a few small details, such as the buffet didn't quite have all that we expected but that was minor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What a wonderful hotel. Just stayed here for four nights with my wife and we both loved it. Staff were attentive and gave great service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing additions to our stay. The hotel is also in a very central area located right next to Ben Thanh market and many local landmarks. Our room was also spacious and tastefully decorated. This place is such a great deal for the price. I’ve stayed at upscale 5 star hotels that weren’t as good as Silverland Ben Thanh. Would definitely stay here again!
