A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It is in a quiet location but very close to shopping and good restaurants. The cocktail bar on the roof near the pool and jacuzzi was outstanding. A sunset drink up there is obligatory. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing! Here everyone was so nice and helpful. It’s such a change from what I’ve come to expect in the US where customer service is so bad. Nice to see some places still provide excellent customer service. The bed was actually comfortable and I slept well which is often an issue for me when traveling. Hotel was quiet at night which can be difficult to find. The rooftop area is beautiful to hang out at night and enjoy a drink and their prices are very reasonable for drinks too. Overall one of the best stays I can ever remember having somewhere. I would definitely stay here when I come back.

We wanted a room with a nice outlook of the river. It was in a nice quit location and the rooftop bar was very relaxing. Our room was a good size. Breakfast was OK. Staff were friendly however there was black Mould in the bathroom. More attention could be paid to the cleanliness

Clean hotel, good location.
Located close to restaurants. Walkable to places. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and comfortable. The initial room had a few problems but was rectified and they had to change our room on the third day as they need to ‘service and maintain’ the room. Breakfast was ok. Overall a pleasant stay.
