Spectacular!
This is a little piece of paradise - an absolute highlight of our trip in Vietnam. The service was fantastic - all the staff were extremely helpful and super friendly. Restaurant is great. Breakfasts were delicious as were the dinners and drinks. Spa service was top notch. Rooms were immaculate. Pool is a little oasis on the property. Free bikes to roam around the countryside. The setting couldn’t be more spectacular. Also did a cooking lesson which included a small boat trip with a local to catch shrimp - all arranged by the staff. This is a jewel of a property - the gardens are absolutely beautiful too. It simply couldn’t have been better other than if we could’ve stayed longer.

Best hotel experience we have ever had. Beautiful surroundings with idyllic gardens. Attentive staff who anticipate your every need and a wonderful restaurant. Free bikes were great for exploring the local area and staff helped to organise a driver for sites further afield. Even accommodated a late check out for us before we got an overnight train. Thank you to all the amazing staff! Would definitely stay again.

Magical place. Tacked in the rice paddies, off the beaten path, this place has it all (except TV, which is a good thing for us) Beautiful scenery, spacious room and most of all the best staff members. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommenced this hotel.

Perfect hideaway within Tam Coc!
A spectacular hidden getaway from the city center with amazing service to make you feel like a king or queen. Great food, clean and beautiful rooms, attentive staff. 10/10 would stay here again!

Nice stay but expected more
Lovely resort with large rooms and comfortable beds. We made use of the complementary bikes to explore most of what there is in the local area. Breakfast was underwhelming, especially given the relatively high nightly rate the hotel charges. We ate both nights we were here and food was nice but again relatively pricey. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re not ok with bugs and creepy crawlies!

Tam Coc Garden was an amazing retreat! With very busy days planned, it was so nice to come back, relax by the pool, and enjoy delicious meals. The staff were so amazing! It was great to have the free bicycles and just explore the area. It's a bit out of town, which was great for us- very peaceful.

Perfection. Outdoors the lush gardens, stunning views,pool and outdoor seating area of our room were stunning. The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, great shower,fast WiFi and had everything we needed. Loved the evening turn down service where netting was put up over the beds, towels replaced if needed etc. First hotel I have stayed in that replenishes the welcome fruit bowl everyday. Restaurant had some of the best Vietnamese food we had in our 4 week trip, sure a little more expensive than a local cafe but cheaper than other hotels we stayed in....and so fresh. Staff were delightful, friendly and so very helpful. True asset to the hotel

Way beyond the expected level of help
Unfortunately one of us was bitten by a dog , not at the hotel. The hotel staff were unbelievably helpful with getting us to the immunization center for post exposure prophylaxis for rabies. The stayed with us through the whole treatment , providing invaluable support.

Great hotel. The view is gorgeous, its nestled in the mountains in a quiet area without the hustle and bustle. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the local food offerings at the restaurant were delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Loved this place after the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Check in was straightforward, they helped me book a scooter, the room was gorgeous (loved the bath!) and it's surrounded by the karsts of Tam Coc. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommended for the beautiful setting (especially the overall tranquility) and the quality of the restaurant (we ate all our meals there). My only negative comment is that I would prefer them to ban smoking on the whole property (or if not, designate a smoking area well away from the rooms and restaurant).

The perfect oasis from Hanoi. Most beautiful resort ever and it feels like you’re in another world. Everything you want to do in Ninh Binh is less than a 15 minute bike ride away. Great location, great facilities —10/10 would recommend.

Tam Coc Garden was the highlight of our trip to Viet Nam. Very romantic, relaxing it exceeded my high expectations! The restaurant was reasonably priced and served delicious food. Highly recommend!

Great staff. My wife lost her phone while riding a motorbike and we were lucky to locate it with a GPS. Long story but Dung the front desk lady was amazing, first she arranged a taxi and them came with us to translate. Hours later at night we found the phone in the middle of these little dirt roads. Vietnamese are truly great people.

Wonderful hotel!
Our stay at Tam Coc Garden was wonderful. The hotel was pristine, the staff was extremely nice and professional, and the food was delicious. Tam Coc Garden is a gem in Tam Coc. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool was welcoming, and the tropical garden was beautiful. The views are incredible. They have free bikes on site and you can bike to many locations easily (they will provide you with a great map with all the cultural sites to see around). All the staff was amazing; they gave us tips about how to navigate the region and arranged taxi pick ups to the train station for us. We highly recommend Tam Coc Garden !

Two day stay. Excellent interactions with all staff: reception, management, restaurant, and pool bar. Beautiful swimming pool set in well landscaped surroundings. Local food offering a wide variety of vegetables, seafood and meat. Delicious! Easy access to boat ride through limestone caves on local river. Spectacular! Safe countryside walks available.

Brilliant tranquility
Having just been through the tumult of Hanoi, Tam Coc Garden Homestay was exactly what was needed. The Homestay were helpful and open to communication throughout the lead-up to our stay. Fast replies via email in English helped us find our way to the resort. Upon our arrival, staff were fantastic - knowledgeable about the area, efficient and had the resort looking perfect. The room was excellent, comfortable beds covered by an elegant mosquito net afforded us the best sleeps that we had in Vietnam. Complementary fruit was also a highlight. The pool was clean, the gardens were excellently maintained and the restaurant was of a high quality.

Unexpectedly Brilliant
We booked this stay on the basis of other reviews but from the photos I hadn't raised my expectations too high so I had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean, bright and designed to fit nicely in with the natural surrounds, the pool is a lovely area to cool off and relax after a day at the sights and the food was delicious. The cherry on the cake (pun intended), was the attention to detail shown when the staff picked up my partners birthday was during our stay from her passport, and arranged a cake for her at dinner that night without me having to request anything. This was one of our most memorable stops during our time in Vietnam.

My husband and I and our 5 year old stayed here for 2 nights in December. It is such a beautiful oasis tucked away in Tam Coc. The staff were all extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Our room had a gorgeous view and although the rice wasn't growing at this time of the year, it was still stunning and serene. It looks as though all rooms face out towards rice paddies or views. We used complimentary bikes (including a child's bike) and rode around the area which didn't fail to impress. The Jade Pagoda was lovely, and the area is not busy with traffic or many tourists. We took a taxi to Trang An and did a boat trip there which was well worth it. The hotel can organise trips and tours for you, which we didn't do, but they seemed reasonable. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, nice breakfasts and thoughtfully prepared meals.

The place was just the right location for a nice break from the city. The contryside atmosphere was great for the 3 nights stay. The resort garden was beautiful. We love the cycling around the neighborhood in the cool afternoon. The swimming pool was lovely and water very clear. The food was great and the spread and service excellent.

This was a real highlight of our trip. Such a beautiful place, the staff were all amazing , food was fabulous. Wish we had stayed longer. There is lots to see in the area. But lazing by the pool is lovely too.

We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. Rooms are simple but comfy and bathroom was stunning. Staff were great, organised taxis etc with no problem, free bikes to ride into local town. Hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and feels like swimming in little oasis. Hotel food was local dishes & was excellent.

Excellent accueil. Chambre magnifique. Bons conseils pour visiter les sites environnants Hoa Lu. et grottes de Tran an en taxi commandé par l’hôtel. Pagode de bich dong et grottes de tam coc à pied. Piscine très agréable et excellent restaurant aux prix raisonnables. Service de grande qualité.
