The room was adequate, clean and enough for one person. However, I was woken up at 2am to a domestic dispute happening in one of the rooms below me, not sure if they were guests or residents. It got to the point where I had to call the police. Although, this wasn’t the property’s fault it did hinder the experience of my stay. I contacted to motel and informed them and still haven’t heard back,

Clean room & all the staff we engaged with were very friendly/helpful. Plenty of food choices close by incl Woolies & Coles supermarkets. It's about a 10-15min walk to Salamanca markets and another 5mins to the centre of the CBD. Room was well appointed with a good TV and comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again.

Another great stay at Bay Apartments. From the friendly check in / check out, to the easy walking and supermarkets, eateries in and around Sandy Bay Road, and a short drive to Casino, this apartment is always my first choice when in Hobart. Another fantastic stay. A big advocate for the executive rooms. Spacious and little to no street sounds.
