From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, well-presented, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of your organisation, including management, front desk staff, valet attendants, the kitchen and culinary teams, waitstaff, and house keeping. "I’ve stayed at Bay View Villas two years in row now, if I ever get back to Hobart I’ll definitely stay there again , it is so peaceful .. and we had a little wallaby visit us.. the whole experience was good , they provide everything you need , I highly recommend Bay view Villas"

"The property is beautifully decorated. Very convenient to have a laundry there. Breakfast was lovely. All staff were wonderful especially Jesse in the Bar. He is an absolute legend. We will be back in 10 days"
